Our barge stops at Ghent, Belgium, and Julie takes a bus to Bruges
(Dan wasn't feeling well this day and stayed on the barge).

Bruges traces its history back to the 8th century and much of the
old town retains its medieval architecture.

As typical for this time of the year, light rain left drops of water
on the plants as well as the people.
