We just planted this little guy earlier this year. To our delight, it produces very nice colors for us this fall. It is so tiny next to the towering Sequoia Sempervirens aka Redwood. Although the persimmon on the left forground that we planted last year, shows no sign of bearing any fruit, if my husband would have the luck of Gander instead of Donald, I would be having my very own persimmon fruits by now :(
