A wonderful image, as others have commented, this is how I imagine Holland to be. Why the very fast shutter speed if there was no wind? (Purely a question for me to learn from, and certainly not a criticism).

Dramatic exposure. Love the sky. Was in the Nehterlands last year with my son and loved the country and especially the people. Voted.
