This method of paint with light is fun to explore. Rather than just randomly shooting and moving the camera, I will try different motions of the camera and in the editing process see which best sets the feeling.
You show us that motion is more than just jerking the camera. You make your subjects not just move but instead circle here. You must have moved it in a circular pattern.
