I saw many of these solar water heaters as we traveled throughout China. I particularly like this image because of the way it shows China through the ages. As an outsider, I sometimes tended to look at China as a fascinating living museum. Images like this remind me that people, real people, live their lives here and that these are living breathing communities. |
