I also enjoyed photographing this woman. The teapot and cup, the look on her face, the silver of her hair, and the pearls around her neck speak of an elegance of time past. What a charming subject she was!!!!
I like the way you stress her acceptance of not only the camera, but of life itself. She seems completely at ease with herself. I noticed that you made good use of the stained wall behind her as well, stressing the age of her house. I elected to show a bit more of that house in my own portrait of her, making it both a portrait of Fengjing as well as this woman.
