Both you and I tell the same story of this car, but in entirely different ways. You choose scale incongruity here, and it works brilliantly. The car truly seems overwhelmed. I photographed it much closer and much lower, from behind athttp://www.pbase.com/pnd1/image/75089916 , leaving a trail of rocks behind it. We both manage to symbolize the struggle of man vs. the elements in Death Valley, using the same subject matter, yet from entirely different vantage points.
