This is a remarkable interpretation of wildlife because it tells us how the sloth lives, instead of just describing a sloth for us. It does so in a context of rhythmic palm fronds, flowers, and leaves. Beautifully articulated, this image gives us a look at an animal not often seen, and does so in a fresh, compelling, and meaningful way. While your other sloth images are competent wildlife shots, this one goes far beyond to tell a story that is fascinating to look at.
