This is my favorite because it is the least specific, dealing more with the man and his environment than the holiday subject itself. It is almost as if these people have decorated their house and trees as a show of defiance against the forces of nature that gather overhead in the night sky. I know you intend this photo, and the ohers, as a holiday celebration, but this one strikes me as going well beyond that, and instead dealing with man's tenuous relationship with nature.
