Another wonderful image using the Herb Ritts poster as a symbol of Hollywood glamour. I love the incongruously judgmental look she is getting from the long departed fellow at left, while the oncoming women at lower left complete the composition by striding through a layer of geometric shadows. The striding figures are critical -- they echo the posed stride of the leg in the Ritts poster. You are obviously studying the effect of the entire frame here -- the feet of the trailing woman at left are perfectly placed to create tension between her heel and the bottom edge of the picture. The energy of that tension radiates through the image via the zigzaging shadows of the railing.
