Great image. Yes, this is what the body looks like after "cupping", an ancient preactice to realign the chi. The marks are from the suction cups and last 1-2 weeks. Thanks Carol for your comment - I believe what happened here is that the man had just undergone the remedy which involves suction cups on the back. I saw it being administered at the Himalayan Fair in Berkeley, California.
