GALLERY:: Cuban Portraits - May - 2012

I have decided to post these portraits in a separate gallery. For the most part these images are defined by the fact that the people were aware that they were being photographed. Most of the images are posed. There are some images here which were made at a boxing gym and some from a visit to a school. Both of these visits were arranged by our tour leader. The other images were made on strolls around the cities of Havana and Vernales.

There is a wonderful variety of portraits here. You established rapport with a lot of strangers (who I suppose strangers no more after you photographed them).
