The bottom one being refuled is a AWACS not a fueler. It stands for Airborne Warning and Control System. This is a great site. I left a couple other comments to clarify some phots. I used to be at Offut Air Force Base and flew on the E4B. Then it was called NEACP (Kneecap) Now it is NAOC (National Airborne Operations Center)
