My wife and I drove to the parking area at the end of Lakeview Road (parking for CVNWR trails) and hiked to the culvert over Sand Run and back.
Initially spotted this grouse perched on a low limb a good distance away and took several long distance shots.
On our hike back to where we parked, came across the same grouse right on Middle Valley Trail - got a few long distance images before he vanished into the woods.
