I'd compare seeing this species of Titmouse in Madera Canyon with the numbers of Tufted Titmouse I see at home in Northern Virginia.
Took this image of this Bridled Titmouse taking a bath in the deeper part of the water feature behind Chuparosa Inn just before going to breakfast.
