Red-headed Woodpecker (Juvenile)

Hume, Virginia

Observed two adults, two juveniles; and believe the adults were feeding a second batch of juveniles in the same nesting cavity. This juvenile was eating ants around this particular tree.
If you look closely at the bottom below this juvenile, you'll see one of the black ants.
