It is sunny and warmish here in CT. We had a lot of rain in the past days though. I love using the shadow/highlights filter. Christy

Thanks Christy. I use PS8 (CS) and I forgot all about the shadow/highlights filter. You are right. It does wonders with this image. It has been raining for 14 straight days as of today (May 23rd). A lot of flooding around.

Hi Ray, I really like this image. I wish it had a little more exposure though. I ran it through Photoshop elements 3 and used the shadow/highlights filter. The detail in the shadows really popped and the foam brightened up too. I love that filter and use it often especially since I try not to blow out my highlights when shooting with my digital camera, so I underexpose routinely. There is so much interesting detail in this image. If you don't use PSE3 and want to see the difference, email me a good sized file and I will apply the filter and send it back to you to see. Christy

You Northern guys have been having it pretty rough lately with the rains.

I hope your particular neck of the woods didn't get hit too hard Ray.

I'd like to see this with a 4X neutral density filter.
