new gorge bridge1

New River, WV

The famous New River Gorge Bridge. The longest single span bridge in the USA.
The week after I was there, there will be people jumping off of the bridge with parachutes.

Good timing, Duke!

Took some of the same pictures a few years back. Went on the New River Gorge train ride. Hunnington to Hinton WV. Thurmond was where they shot the movie Matlin. Beautiful country and some nice shots. Tommy

Still a good capture with the fog.

Dare anyone cross that trestle bridge...for fear of exiting in the twilight zone? Great capture, Duke. Perspective and everything is perfect.

The bridge looks a little rickety to me..... I do, however, like your capture. The fog is expecially nice. Christy
