This month I have a slew of doctors’ appointments… seems like one right after another! Including two sleep studies at the local hospital!
If anyone has had one of those, you know what a treat they are! ;-) ...A bit of sarcasm! Trying to track down a reason for a Fibromyalgia ‘ flare ’!
So, I am resorting to a few PPAD’s while my schedule is once again crazy!

Ah yes, sleep studies. I had mine done about 6 years ago and have had a CPAP as my constant sleep companion ever since.
