This very much reminds me of a friends home, he has something almost like this, looks relaxing as his does.

Terrific candid. Nothing wrong with film... "Photography has not changed since its origin except in its technical aspects, which for me are not important." -Henri Cartier-Bresson

Just get your Dad to get a scanner or better yet, buy you one so you can scan them for him. :-) I really like this shot, so natural and in the moment.

Looks like you picked the right parents, Mindy. Aside from the fact that the detail and colors are excellent, this is also a priceless "keeper" of an image.

Can I adopt your parents?? Just kidding of course but they just look so good together. Wonderful photo, I hope you print this one for them!

They are so sweet. Wonderful capture. I still have film bodies too... never use them but still have them. It's my job to push the new tech. with Mom and Dad. Consequently it's also my job to go help when something confuses them ;)

Frank, thanks for asking about my Mom. She is doing great! Her surgeon has been more than surprised at how well her leg has healed! A slight limp, but that didn't keep them both from going off to a resort in Mexico for a much deserved vacation a while ago! And now if I could get my Dad to get a digital camera, he could be posting his vacation pics here! ;-)
