The Silver Lining

Because of this unexpected trip to the hospital, my Mom's surgeon got to see her over two weeks earlier than her next scheduled appointment.
He seems to think her leg is healing well enough that he plans to take that metal contraption off her leg in a few days, versus another three
weeks! Incredibly great news!!! This photo was taken just after the surgeon left the room. After almost nine hours in the ER yesterday,
even those of us with two good legs didn't really have the energy to jump for joy! But we are thrilled!

Oh that is good news. Confinement is the worst mental barrier one faces. Nice image here.

What a joy to be rid of that torture instrument even a day early. I hope you told them that everyone who saw this picture admires their courage, rejoices with them in their good news, and wishes them well.

Good news it is!! I hope they have access to the internet
to see how people all over the world care for them.
Continued prayers here as well.

Excellent news. I know they're both happy that the inconveniences and worry of that contraption are almost over.

It's obvious from the smiles that they are "silver lining" people, it is there and they will find it. My best to all of you, and my prayers are still coming.
