This is Riddarhuset, House of the Nobility or Aristocracy or Whatever You Want to Call It. No actually it means the House of Knights. This was the place I had some difficulty explaining what it is for, since you're normally not let in if you are a commoner. Some sort of club For Those Who Used To Have Privileges And Still Prefer Their Children To Marry The Same Sort, pretty much nowadays. It used to be of political importance, but no more.
