At the restaurant in the harbor

A nice place, where a rather drunken man attempted to advise me about something.
Nobody understood what he was trying to get across. Sadly, I remain unadvised.
(Not shown in this picture: Rather Drunken Man, who wandered off, none the wiser,
to some nearby destination at which he no doubt dispensed further advice.
Or perhaps just fell down. Which wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing as long
as it isn't too hard a fall. That way, you're closer to gravity and can dispense
advice from a prone position, which is decidedly more comfortable.)
