This is my favorite Bighorn image. If I took this shot a 100 times, I'd be lucky to get two or three like this. The Sheep were in the shade, so I had very slow shutter speeds. In this case, ended up with 1/160s. Normally at that speed, a moving subject would be nowhere near sharp. Fortunately, I was able to pan along with this Ram, which was chasing a Ewe, and get a sharp shot. Interesting how they keep their heads still while running. His head is sharp, while his legs have motion blur.
