I went back out to Pyramid Lake the next day. Ended up with 3 new species that day, so combined with the Snowy Plover the previous day, 4 new ones for the weekend!
I had a hard time ID'ing these terns as many of them look alike in the book to me, but I believe this is a Forster's Tern. At any rate, this is a new species for me.
