The next day, I met Tim and Ernie in Washoe Valley to look for the Bobcat. Didn't see him this time, so went to Washoe Lake State Park. This great Horned Owl flew in twice in the early morning into a tree we were set up on. The second time he landed on a nice branch with no distracting sticks. Too bad it didn't come in once the sun reached that part of the park.
