One of the Sandhill Cranes. I worked them hard. Would take a couple shots, move closer 10 to 15 yards, take some more shots, etc. But the bog is flat with a foot or two of grass in some places, so no way to hide and sneak up on them. They flew once, but landed further out on the bog. I got a little closer the second time, but they flew away, so didn't get any great shots. But better than last year, when all I got was seeing their rear ends as they flew away.
