I spent a week wildlife volunteering on Skomer Island, and on one evening the heat of the day gave way to a spectacular lightning storm which seemed to engulf all of the sea around us. The island in the distance was quickly smothered in dark cloud. 0.9 and 0.6 ND grad filters used.
