Framing Exercise at Montauk Point

Montauk, New York

Photoshop Faming procedure for above:

1- In the tools pallet, make sure background color is set to white

2- Select, from the image menu, canvas size.

3- In the canvas size diaglogue box, increase the height and width by the same amount.
For example, for a photo which is 9" x 6", you can change it to 9.5" x 6.5". Note the
"relative" option should NOT be checked. After changing the size, click OK and you
should have created some equal white space all the way around your photo, with your
photo centered inside.

4. Select All from the Select menu.

5. From the edit menu, select Stroke.

6. In the stroke diaglogue box, select size (used 5 px for above photo), select color,
location= inside, Blending=Normal, Opacity = 100 and check OK

Vary the settings in the diaglogue boxes for different results.
