Forgive me for not being an expert on Disney Characters. In my limited way of thinking,
I thought this must have been Jasmine, Aladdin's girlfriend. But wasn't Jasmine Indian
or Pakistani or Persian? This babe looks more like a Japanese Geisha. But what do I know?
I do know, however, that she is quite beautiful and quite an appropriate photographic
subject, perfect for trying out my new Canon EF 70-200mm f/4.0 L Lens. My goal in the
photo was was to get nice bright, well saturated colors, good skin tone and some slightly
shallow dof; to gradually blur the background from near to far. The nice smile and
friendly, pleasant gaze is icing on this picturesque Disney cake.
