Special Education students from Philadelphia, attending school and boarding in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, were treated this week to a meal at a local Chinedse Restaurant in Dunmore (just outside of Scranton). You may not know if from this photo, but these two are the very best of friends. They hug and kiss eachother almost every chance they get. In this photo, the young man, seems to giving his girl friend the evil eye. I have not a clue why. But soon after I took this shot, they posed togeher for another one and I am sure I will have that shot posted here as well.
