Certainly my favorite dog at this year's St Pats Day Parade. To be honest, I do not know what the
dog's name is, but if I could name him, I would call him Sparky. Maybe because he seems to have
a little spark in his eyes, or perhaps he is dressed up like a fourth of July firecracker.
