Many of the cars had familiar nameplates (e.g., Renault), and I asked one of our hoteliers about the origin of his Renault and he said it was built in Turkey. As most times visiting any other country, the cars look smaller and more fuel efficient than cars we see in the US. One driver was complaining about the cost of fuel. We think gasoline/diesel is overpriced in the US? In Turkey it's around $10 to $11 US dollars per gallon.
My guess is that this one did not move much.
