Thanks for your comments Karen. I used curves to selectively darken the sky to emphasise the sunset and this is a crop because the birds were fairly close. Just behind me is a well lit walking path and a housing estate. The brilliant white against the jet black head of the Ibis makes for this effect, kind of eerie?
