Travel "street" is where a small camera shines. I have found many in Asia are very camera shy and a camera that looks like a point and shoot may not be seen at first, is quiet and folks don't take you all that serious! For the very shy, I just shoot from my hips with my Gordy wrist strap attached, then back into my pocket goes the camera.
