Walthers Bethlehem 4000cf rotary coal hopper as a stand-in for BN's Pullman Standard 4000cf rotary coal hoppers. I have painted out the white end and added stripes at each end indicating the car is a double rotary. I found it interesting that Walthers numbered this car as a double rotary but only painted one end as the rotary end.
