A hotel under construction. It is interesting that everything is done by hand
and custom built in place. The bottom of the form goes in first. Then it is supported
by poles while rebar is built over the base of the form. Then form sides are added and
finally concrete can be poured. Note all the poles supporting the first floor which has already
been poured.
