Interestingly enough the local left-leaning media covered the event with a news crew. Those who stayed up late were treated to their report of riot police keeping the party-crashing open borders crowd separated from the tea party enthusiasts. Sorry I missed that because I was there during the scheduled duration of the event and this officer and a couple others on mounted patrol was the extent of police involvement that I witnessed.
