This 'Thripophaga' Softtail is a yet undescribed species. It was recently found, along with 2 others, in hte lower Orinoco River drainage. The likely name will be Delta Amacuro Softtail. We were lucky enough to see this species, as well as the undescribed Spinetail and Tyrant-Wagtail all in the same day!
