At one time there were about 25 Icelands on this pond at once. These four were the most I could get it a frame at once though.

Notice the right rear bird is a 2nd-cycle, and the right front bird has unmarked white primaries, is very pale, and a good candidate for nominate 'glaucoides'. Most of the birds we saw were obvious 'kumlieni'.
