3rd-cycle Kumlien's Iceland Gull. This bird looked to be an adult in all but the bill markings. Gorgeous bird.

Eye color is variable in Kumlien's. Most are obviously pale, but some can be dark as in Thayer's, this bird has eyes darker than most. Nominate glaucoides is always pale-eyed.
