Roughlegs are one of my favorite raptors, and one that I see way too infrequently. So, the pull had been strong to get down to Tunica. I wasn't disappointed, with all 3 light-morph immatures seen, and an addition to the area, in a very lightly-marked adult male light-morph Roughleg. We never saw the dark bird, but that makes 5 of these arctic raptors in the area this winter; utterly amazing. The only time I've seen this many was in MN on my last trip to Duluth a few years ago.
