Woodcreepers and Antbirds proved hardest for me to get photos of with my rig. This photo of a Straight-billed Woodcreeper is typical. We had this and the very similar Striped in the same area as the Softtail. This was on our Orinoco River adventure. This is the race 'deltanus' (of the Orinoco Delta) which has a darker face than most of the Straight-billed races.
We had a good list of Woodcreepers for the trip, but missed one I really wanted to see: Cinnamon-throated.
We had the following:
Wedge-billed Woodcreeper
Olivaceous Woodcreeper
Amazonian Barred-Woodcreeper
Straight-billed Woodcreeper
Striped Woodcreeper
Chestnut-rumped Woodcreeper
Buff-throated Woodcreeper
Streak-headed Woodcreeper
Montane Woodcreeper
Lineated Woodcreeper
Curve-billed Scythebill
