This bird is a little tricky, at the time I didn't notice any contrast at all between the primaries and the rest of the wing. In the photos, the primaries look just the slightest bit darker. I think this bird is a good Glaucous-wing, but I guess could possibly be a hybrid? Everything else looks good for Glaucous-wing, with the dark eye and fairly heavy markings on the head and neck.

This bird carried that Starfish around the whole time I watched it.
