One of the hihglights of the (too short:) trip out to Pelican Island on Saturday were both white and dark morph Reddish Egrets. The white morph kept its distance, but the dark bird was very cooperative.

It was a real treat sharing all of the shorebirds, waders, terns, etc. with everyone that day.
