We lucked up and had this interaction between an unhappy American Kestrel and equally unhappy immature Black-chested Buzzard Eagle as we were going for the White-tailed Shrike-Tyrant. I had expected to see several Buzzard Eagles up in the highlands, but this was the only one of the trip.
