Synta 6" Achromat (and Mods)

Putting the AP 2.7" focuser on the Synta 6" was the best modification possible! The extra weight of the focuser made for a good balance point, the extra rigidity and lack of collimation issues made for a perfect match for the Chromacor. I had ZERO alignment or centering issues with the Chromacor, the AP 2.7" focuser made it "plug and play".
