May 20--Female Heron Missing; Male Returns to Feed the Chicks

Chicks remained on the nest alone but the male heron returned with food late morning for them. The chicks fought for the food and the larger one tried to push the smaller one away and out of the nest. The smaller chick was successful in getting food.
