as you know I like food and I like to prepare good food.
Today I made a carbonara, with seafood instead of guanciale (a special italian version of pork belly).
Here the ingredients: garlic, chili, seafood, eggs and pasta - calamarata in this case
Simply stir fry seafood in olive oil with garlic and chili, than add pasta previously cooked on boiling water and stirred eggs. The results is a nice creamy pasta dish full of flavours.
