All the new town are very similar also in China.I know why!The drawings of the building are deposed in the central office in Beijing and it is better to copy these ones to build new places.Low prices, no problem normally if you follow all the details ...At the End all is the same ,except in the big city where they used new Engineering .
It is very similar to Shouguang in the new streets..
